Kay and Tommy Peters are a popular musical duo in this area, and their talent was on display for Millbrook’s “Tunes on the Green” Concert series Thursday evening!
As the sun began to set the crowd began to gather, the hands began to clap and the feet began to tap.
Kay and Tommy were the third concert of this series.
This is the second year that the Millbrook Parks and Recreation Department and the city have held Tunes on the Green. First up was the band H2O on June 4, then American Idol Finalist Brandon Elder June 18.
Don’t miss out on the final concert of the series July 16. Local musician Trey Gothard and Ben Norris will take the stage with some country tunes! Trey is the talented son of AWF Executive Director Tim Gothard. Coolers are permitted but no glass or alcoholic beverages are allowed. Food vendors are also on site. So grab your lawn chairs and join the fun to show support for local music featuring Trey Gothard and Ben Norris July 16. Music begins at 6:30 p.m.
