Single-Vehicle Crash Claims Life of Dadeville Woman Near Camp Hill

ALEX CITY POST – A single-vehicle crash at 8:31 p.m. Saturday, June 27, has claimed the life of a Dadeville woman.

Jarkia Jarnae Payne, 21, was killed when the 2000 Nissan Maxima she was driving went off the roadway and struck a tree. Payne was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred on Alabama 50 at the 29 mile marker, approximately five miles north of Camp Hill. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
