From: Cary W. Cox

Elmore County Economic Development Authority

ELMORE COUNTY – The Elmore County Economic Development Authority (ECEDA) and our partners are focused on ensuring local businesses are prepared for the day they are permitted to reopen. As decisions are made to modify the current COVID-19 Stay at Home Order, which is set to expire on Thursday, April 30th, business need to prepare now to reopen.

During the time leading up to you being able to reopen, ECEDA is encouraging our businesses to be prepared to protect their employees and customers when that time comes. “Our business owners are responsible citizens and stand ready to take the necessary steps to safely reopen,” stated Art Faulkner, Chairman of ECEDA. We have created a website that will help businesses have all the information they need , in one place, to safely and successfully navigate the path to reopening their business and restarting our economy. This restart will also lead to renewing of our motto, “Elmore County where Business Meets Pleasure.”

Business owners can visit www.ReOpenElmore.com to access important information and resources related to the COVID-19 pandemic and businesses.  The current information on the site primarily relates to things business owners need to consider while preparing to reopen, questions specific to safely reopening your business, useful links and various ways to contact us.  We will provide multiple ways to have your general questions answered.
