HSEC Pet of the Week – Jester
Jester is a one-year old male Terrier mix, and all of 11 pounds. He was one of 74 dogs we took in during the summer and his coat has recovered and he is wondering if he is going to be in a loving home before Christmas. He is active and playful, not housetrained but we are hearing all of these dogs are quick studies and doing well in learning house manners and housetraining. He is an active little who loves to play – not necessarily a lap dog.
Our adoption fees are $100 for dogs and $50 for cats under one-year-old; cats over one-year-old can be adopted by approved adopters for a fee of their choosing. This adoption fee completely covers the mandatory spay or neuter, basic immunizations, de-worming, microchip, heartworm check for dogs, rabies vaccination if old enough, free health exam with your participating veterinarian.
