Old Autauga Historical Society is proud to announce that the up and coming band, FIRE TOWN, will be performing on Sat., November 2, 2024, at their annual meeting at the historic Vine Hill Presbyterian Church, County Rd 22 (Autauga), Plantersville, AL 36758. The meeting and event are OPEN to all members, guests, and the general public. The event is FREE! Bring a covered dish and a lawn chair and enjoy some great music in this historic gem of Autauga County! Music and food start around noon.
FIRE TOWN is a Bona Fide Bluegrass Band from Central Alabama, carrying the torch passed down from the likes of Jimmy Martin, Alison Krauss, and Tony Rice. The band is in high demand and has performed in music venues from Huntsville to Mobile and many places in between. band members include:
