MONTGOMERY POST – A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1 a.m. Saturday, June 17, has claimed the life of a Millbrook woman. Marcia J. Lasinski, 54, was fatally injured when the 2006 Honda Accord she was driving collided head-on with the 2008 Dodge Ram truck driven by Solomon L. Smith III, 39, of Wetumpka. Lasinski was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on U.S. 331 near the 85 mile marker, approximately 12 miles south of Montgomery, in Montgomery County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
