MONTGOMERY POST – A two-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 2:19 p.m. Friday, May 14, when the driver of a motorcycle attempted to flee from Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division.
Tyler Gage Danford, 22, of Deatsville attempted to elude Troopers for a traffic violation, which resulted in a pursuit on Interstate 65 that began in Autauga County. Danford continued south on Interstate 65 until exit 179, where he struck another vehicle attempting to get onto Cobbs Ford Road in Elmore County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
