Veronica Montgomery, Teacher at MMS, Awarded ACCESS Facilitator of the Year for 2019-20

Millbrook Middle School’s very own Mrs. Veronica Montgomery, 7th Grade Math and ACCESS Spanish Facilitator, was awarded the ACCESS Facilitator of the Year Award for the 2019-2020 school year.

Mr. Steve Blair, State of Alabama Dept. of Education ACCESS Program Administrator, was in attendance at MMS on Friday, September 18 to present Mrs. Montgomery with her award. She was an intricate part of the Spanish I class at MMS by helping guide her students to success.

We greatly appreciate her efforts in the classroom and thank her for modeling the Elmore County vision statement – EVERY STUDENT EMPOWERED, EVERY STUDENT SUCCEEDS.
