Elmore County’s Emergency Management Agency (EMA) received a grant from the National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) group through Lowe’s in Wetumpka and Prattville. The equipment includes two chipper shredders, a front end tine tiller, and a log splitter.
“This equipment will be a good addition for us during storms and disasters to provide extra tools for our citizens and other faith-based organizations to help with clean up efforts,” stated EMA Director Keith Barnett.
