Bertha Brown Announces Her Candidacy for Ward 4, Millbrook City Council

Bertha Brown is announcing her candidacy for the office of Council member for Ward #4 in the City of Millbrook, AL.

Bertha has been a seasoned participant of Millbrook government activity for a number of years.  Some of the community work that she is actively involved with includes:

  • Member of the JCC (Juvenile Conference Committee) under the leadership of Judge Patrick D. Pinkston
  • Member and office holder of the Millbrook Redevelopment Authority
  • Steadfast member of a local community church
  • Constant participation in city council meetings
  • Guiding member of a senior’s group in Millbrook
  • Active resident of Millbrook for fourteen years

Bertha says emphatically that “Good local leadership makes a great nation,” and her goal is to promote the general welfare of the people of Millbrook.

The election will be held August 25, 2020.
