Elmore County Board of Education Announces its Employee Spotlight of the Month winner

From Tremeca Taylor Jackson, Ed. S.

Elmore County Schools Director of Administrative Services

We’re excited to announce that the Elmore County Board of Education Employee Spotlight of the Month winner for this month has been selected through a random drawing!  Congratulations to Kaitlyn Lawless.  Mrs. Lawless was nominated by Mary Jones from ECHS.  Mrs. Lawless is described as “incredibly passionate about her job and deeply committed to her students.” She serves as the theatre teacher for both RMS and WMS, traveling between the two schools daily to ensure the arts remain a vibrant part of these students’ lives.  As part of this recognition, Mrs. Lawless received a gift basket valued at over $500, filled with items and gift cards generously donated by our community partners.

Also, congratulations to the following outstanding individuals for being nominated by their peers! Their dedication, hard work, and positive impact have not gone unnoticed. A colleague who deeply appreciates them took the time to highlight the incredible contributions they make every day.
