The Culinary students at Holtville High School have quite a dinner presentation for this coming Friday!
There are two menu options to choose, and the cost is only $15 per person for a full, professionally prepared meal. Treat yourself and your family, and support Holtville High School at the same time! And please share to get the word out.
There are two seating times Friday night, one at 5 p.m. and the second at 6:30 p.m. in the Bulldog Bistro. This is located at the back of Holtville High.
Culinary 2 students Amanda McQueen and Justin Damian have create a a diverse menu.

Option 1 – Miso soup, teriyaki glazed New York strip and stir-fry risotto and Chinese doughnuts.
Option 2 – Seared Frenched bone pork chop with deconstructed loaded baked potato and honey, bacon brussels and brownie trifle.
The students will be doing this special Friday night Dinner each month through the school year. Please come out and support the Holtville High School’s culinary program and enjoy a fantastic meal!
