Y’all grab the kids for a few hours of FUN this Saturday at the Alabama Wildlife Federation Earth Day Festival from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Treasured Tropicals will be doing a plant sale for the mom’s and dad’s (and budding plant enthusiasts) with lots of starter plants from $6.
The Nature Center will be doing crafts for the kids, and animal presentation with the Montgomery Zoo, an animal encounter, plus a quick, 30 minute nature hike to burn off some of that energy.
They’ll have hot dogs, chips, sodas and ice cream available for purchase, each only $1-$2.
Come on down Saturday to start your weekend off right and get outdoors while we’ve got this beautiful weather!
Under 4 is FREE admission, $5 per person 4 and up.
