Huntingdon Students Elected to Homecoming Court; Some of Those Students are from Elmore County

Montgomery, Ala. – On October 14, twenty-three Huntingdon students lined the football field during halftime of the Homecoming football game to represent their classes on the 2023 Homecoming Court.  During the halftime ceremony, it was announced that Neveah McIntyre ’24 was named the 2023 Homecoming Queen and Walt Williams ’24 was elected as the 2023 Mr. Huntingdon.

 

The Court consisted of women from all four classes, and four senior men nominated by their class for Mr. Huntingdon.

Senior Women (nominees for Homecoming Queen)

Addie Jacobs ’24, a business administration major from Opp, Alabama, is the daughter of Brandy and Kevin Jacobs.  She is a member of Alpha Omicron Pi and the Huntingdon College Judicial Board.

 

Bea Lindqvist ’24 is an exercise science / pre-physical therapy major from Semmes, Alabama. She is the daughter of Lucian and Ron Lindqvist.  Bea is a member of the Huntingdon beach volleyball team and an intern for the Huntingdon Strength and Conditioning Department.

 

Nevaeh McIntyre ’24 is an exercise science major and daughter of Michelle and Dedrick McIntyre. The Pelham, Alabama, native is the President of the Huntingdon Student Government Association, President of Alpha Omicron Pi, President of the Black Student Union and a member of the softball team.

 

Brooke Stefankiewicz ’24 is the daughter of Shawna and Scott Stefankiewicz.  She hails from Salisbury, Missouri and is a communication studies major. Brooke is the President of Phi Mu and a member of the softball team.

 

Senior Men (candidates for Mr. Huntingdon)

Conner Bradford ’24 is a religion and math major from Millbrook, Alabama.  The son of Kerri and Brian Bradford and Nichole and Chris Hunter, Conner is a member of the Campus Ministries Worship Team and a captain of the football team.

 

Joshua Cortez ’24, the son of Melissa Cortez, is an exercise science major from Greenville, Alabama.  He is a Presidential Fellow, Vice President of the Inter-fraternity Council, and a brother of Lambda Chi Alpha.

 

Gabe Dunn ’24 is a business administration major from Andalusia, Alabama. He is the son of Terri and Scott Dunn.  Gabe is a Presidential Fellow and a brother of Lambda Chi Alpha.

 

Walt Williams ’24 of Boaz, Alabama, is the son of Toni and Jimmy Williams.  The sports management major is a defensive lineman on the football team and a member of the Huntingdon Outdoors Club.
