The Covington County Sheriff’s Office has located fugitive, Brandon Brewster, 26.
The Covington County Sheriff’s Office requested public assistance on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, and was searching for the whereabouts of fugitive, Brandon Brewster, 26. Brewster was wanted for multiple outstanding felony charges and outstanding warrants from three law enforcement agencies.
Investigators say Brewster was arrested on Wednesday evening, September 21, 2023, in New Brockton, AL.
Central Alabama CrimeStoppers would like to recognize the outstanding work of law enforcement with the apprehension of Brewster. Covington County Sheriff’s Office, Coffee County Sheriff’s Office Geneva County Sheriff’s Office along with the Alabama Department of Corrections assisted with the arrest. This is a great example of law enforcement agencies working together for the greater good of the community while producing a successful result.
Investigators say Brewster made previous threats to harm himself and was originally considered a danger to himself and possibly others. Investigators thank the public and the media for helping spread the lookout regarding Brewster. The release received a tremendous public response. When we all work together, great things are possible!
