The Prattville High School Choral Companies Spring Showcase on May 4th marked the end of their historic 2022-2023 season. Over the course of this season, students traveled over one thousand miles competing at five show choir competitions, touring the Autauga County School System, and performing the “National Anthem” at the Talladega Superspeedway. The PHS Spotlight Show Choir received the following awards this season:
Alabama Contempo Choral Festival at Vestavia Hills High School

🏆 Fan Favorite
Enterprise Southland Show Choir Classic at Enterprise High School
🏆 Prelims:1st Runner-Up in the Middle-Mixed Division
🏆Finals: 4th Runner-Up Overall- THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT SPOTLIGHT HAS MADE FINALS SINCE ITS INCEPTION IN 1997!
Jasper Foothills Show Choir Classic at Jasper High School
🏆 1st Runner-Up in the Small Mixed Division
In addition, students had the opportunity to participate in choreography (dance) and vocal clinics with clinicians from Georgia to California and collaborate with the University of Alabama Singers and The University of Alabama at Birmingham Concert Choir. We thank you for your support this season, and we look forward to your support next season.
