This is a FREE program for 2, 3, 4 and 5 year old children through the Elmore County Schools. Eclectic, Deatsville, Elmore, Holtville, Millbrook, Redland, Elmore County side of Tallassee and Wetumpka areas.
HIPPY stands for Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters.
The Elmore County HIPPY program is accepting families with pre-school aged children.
HIPPY partners with parents to prepare their kids for kindergarten in the comforts of their home. HIPPY will provide parents with lessons and supplies. We will be funded to serve 90 children this school year and our registration is filling up so you do need to get it in quickly.

To qualify, you have to live in Elmore County and have a child between the ages of 2 through 5.
