CAMP ABLE registration is now open! Camp will be at Hunter Hill Church (behind PCA) this year. It will be from June 12th thru July 28th from 9-4 Monday thru Friday. Camp ABLE is open to K4 thru 21 years old or their last year of high school. The ages will be separated!
We will have three different groups, K4 and K – 8 campers, 1st grade thru 6th grade- 12 campers and 7th thru 21 years old – 12 campers. The cost is $140 a week with a $25 registration fee. (Sponsorships are available thru Mrs. June only) Come by the YMCA on McQueen Smith Road to get all the information and get registered!! The spots will fill up fast so don’t wait!

•potty trained
•able to feed themselves
•able to communicate basic needs
•able to run, jump and play (we will be outside a lot!)
About Camp Able:
Camp Able is a YMCA summer day camp for children with special needs grades K-6. Child must have completed kindergarten to attend and meet the following requirements:
Have the ability to effectively communicate needs to a camp counselor. (Can include verbal, audible, or physical response)
Is not abusive toward him/herself or others.
Does not have a medical condition or impairment that requires specialized medical treatment (ex. Intravenous infusions, tube feeding).
Has ability to eat and drink amounts adequate for nutritional support.
There will not be a nurse on staff. We will be able to administer medicine in the original container with a note from the doctor.
