On Thursday, July 22, 2021, Montgomery Police Patrol units responded to the 4500 Block of Rosa Parks Avenue regarding a person suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was identified as Kirk Hardy and was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The Montgomery Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in the Murder Investigation of Kirk Hardy.
