The Liveoak Agency of Millbrook has been named a Sapphire Agency by Auto-Owners Insurance.
Owners Larry and Diane Liveoak and their staff celebrated the amazing accomplishment recently with Auto-Owners Insurance Regional Vice President Sandra McCullough and Marketing Representative Marsha Casey.
Marsha Casey said the Sapphire Award is a huge accomplishment. “We are here today to celebrate the Liveoak Agency and present them with their Sapphire Award for Written Premium Production with Auto Owners Insurance for 2020. Liveoak Agency was number two in growth for the state in 2020. That is huge,” Marsha Casey said.
Larry Liveoak has been in the insurance business since 1988 and he and Diane opened their office in Millbrook in 1998.
Both he and Diane are lifetime residents of Millbrook, and to them it is about protecting families and business owners. So many of their clients have become like family after so many years serving the Millbrook area.
Larry and Diane were high school sweethearts at Stanhope Elmore High School, and next month will celebrate 43 years of marriage.
As for what sets the Liveoak Agency apart, Larry said his staff is all about caring for people. “It is not about selling insurance. It is about looking out and doing the best job for the customer. If you do that, and you have a reputation of doing that, the business will take care of itself.”
Casey added, “I think Liveoak is a premiere agency. One of the reasons is that they have a family feel. They want to do a good job, they want to service their customers to the best of their ability. They are a great partner for us, and we love working with them. This is a huge deal. We have over 200 agencies in the state of Alabama that represent Auto-Owners. For Liveoak Agency to achieve Sapphire Status as the number two agency in the state for 2020, that is a big deal. Especially during a Pandemic. I am honored to be their representative.”
