Jacks is a six-year-old, 25-pound, Dachshund mix boy whose owner could no longer take care of him. We were told Jacks is housetrained, leash trained, and crate trained; that he stayed in a fence but prefers indoors. He knows a few commands, likes playing fetch and lived with a bird. Jacks is a wonderful little guy but is a special adoption as he needs to go to a home with a woman, no children and no other dogs. Jacks is good with cats.
Our adoption fees are $100 for dogs and $50 for cats under one-year-old; cats over one-year-old can be adopted by approved adopters for a fee of their choosing. This adoption fee completely covers the mandatory spay or neuter, basic immunizations, de-worming, microchip, heartworm check for dogs, rabies vaccination if old enough, free health exam with your participating veterinarian.
