Prattville Police have identified a suspect in custody after an apparent “Road Rage” incident that ended with a shooting.
Trenton K. Plunket, 18, was charged with Assault 2nd and was placed in the Autauga County Metro Jail under a $20,000 bond.
The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. yesterday in the Brentwood Landing Apartment area of Prattville. According to Prattville Chief Mark Thompson, the investigation is continuing, but it could be an incident of road rage, he said. No further information was available. We will have updates when possible.
The shooting victim was not immediately identified, other than he is a 24-year-old white male with non-life-threatening injuries. He has been released from the hospital fortunately.
