The Alabama State University Department of Public Safety has officially notified CrimeStoppers that missing student Adam Dowdell Jr. was found dead Monday, September 14, 2020.
ASU Investigators advised that Dowdell was found near the old BTW High School in the 800 block of Hutchinson Street. The body was transported to the Alabama Department of Forensic Science for an autopsy.
The circumstances remain under investigation. No arrests have been made at this time. No additional information is available per the ongoing investigation.
