On September 02, the Elmore County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant for the property located at 145 Foxwood Road in Deatsville. During the search warrant, Agents seized approximately 75 pieces of narcotic equipment commonly used in the distribution and consumption of illegal narcotics. Agents also recovered crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, illegally possessed prescription drugs, and various controlled substances in the form of pharmaceutical narcotics. Six people were taken into custody during the incident, to include:
George Jason Fray of Deatsville, W/M 53 YOA- Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
John Michael Kelley of Deatsville, W/M 64 YOA- Unlawful Possession of Controlled
Substance x2, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Charles Allen Frazier of Prattville, W/M 58 YOA- Unlawful Possession of Controlled
Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Tania Rogers of Prattville, W/F 47 YOA- Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs.
John William Taylor of Wetumpka, W/M 40 YOA- Obstructing Governmental Operations, Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Appear for prior narcotic charge.
Edward Donald Fulmer of Prattville, W/M 48 YOA- Unlawful Possession of Controlled
Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Multiple other arrests are expected to be made in reference to the search warrant.
