We have received requests to include this information and query on the page, and we encourage our readers to chime in. We would certainly like to hear from residents of the Pine Level community, but all opinions are welcome!

From Wikipedia: Pine Level is a census-designated place and unincorporated community in Autauga CountyAlabama, north of Prattville and west of Deatsville. As of the 2010 census, its population was 4,183.[2] Pine Level is home to Pine Level Elementary School and Marbury High School, part of the Autauga County School System.

The community is located along U.S. Route 31, 18 mi (29 km) northwest of Montgomery and 77 mi (124 km) south of Birmingham, both via I-65.

The Pine Level community in Autauga County is among the most populated, unincorporated communities in Central Alabama. Borders include the municipalities of Prattville, Millbrook and Deatsville. It includes heavily traveled roadways I-65, US Hwy 31 and County Rd 40. It has the only I-65 entrance and exit point in Autauga County. Depending on the geographic lines used, it has between 15 and 22 subdivisions and two public schools. It has been nearly 20 years since the question of incorporation was last raised.

What should the community look to as its next step in growth and political governance?

A. Incorporate as its own municipal government, and allow the people of the community  to choose from itself who will represent and manage the new government.

B. Allow to be annexed into one of the already existing municipal governments and only have one, possibly two representatives from the area to represent it in the existing council.

C. Explore other governmental options such as an authority to take care of critical/essential services.

D. Nothing. Leave it as an unincorporated community, with oversight and representation on the County Commission.
