Citizens and businesses in our area continue to step up to help out local First Responders with necessary items such as hand sanitizer, wipes during the COVID-19 issue.
On Tuesday, Charlene Hatfield Williams helped coordinate a donation of hand sanitizer to the Millbrook Police Department, thanks to Bo Worthy at Promotional Products. Hatfield also thanked her Eclectic family for the quick delivery. She said she is so very thankful for First Responders on the front lines in this time.
Millbrook Police P.K. Johnson said hand sanitizer has been very difficult for his office to find in recent weeks.
“It is critical for our officers to have access to it, as we continue to perform our sworn duties each day. We are extremely grateful and appreciate your support. On behalf of the officers and staff of the Millbrook Police Department, thank you and God bless,” Chief Johnson said.
