The Chamber will host “Coffee and Conversations” regarding the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and the Impact of Internet Sales Tax at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at the Chamber’s Business Resource Center, Room 460, located at 600 South Court Street. Sen. Dan Roberts, Chairman of the Alabama Joint Legislative Task Force on the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act will lead that discussion. There will also be a guest presenter to lead the conversation regarding Internet Sales Tax. The purpose of these discussions are to listen and consider all information shared with us that may ultimately be brought before the upcoming 2020 Legislative Session. You may find it beneficial to your organization to bring with you or send a CFO/Accounting/Tax staff person for this event.
