PAHS Fall Pet Palooza

PAHS will be having its seventh annual Pet Palooza on Saturday, Oct. 19th, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at Cooters Pond Park. We will have a raffle, adoptable pets, costume/pet contests, children’s games, bake sale, vendors, lots of pet accessories, and much more. Speaking of dog accessories–we will have dog clothes including costumes, coats, Christmas apparel, leashes, collars, etc. available for just a monetary donation to PAHS.  Micro-chipping by Tuskegee University will be available for just $25; and rabies vaccinations will be offered for only $12!  Pet and child costume contests are a favorite among those who attend Pet Palooza! It’s so much fun to see everyone dressed up! The winner of each category will receive a great prize! Contests will begin at 1 pm this year and the categories are:  Children’s Contests: Most Spooky, Most Original. Pet Contests: Best Pet/Pal Duo (child and pet together), Best Costume and Best Pet Trick.  Rain out date is Sunday, Oct. 20th, from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm.

Heritage Baptist Church of Prattville will host its Fall Festival Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. until Noon. It will be a fun time of games, prizes, treats and more. This event is FREE for children 6th grade or younger. The church is located at 1357 S. Memorial Drive in Prattville.

The Coosada Baptist Church will celebrate Fall at a special event from 4-6 pm on Sunday, October 27 at the church. The event is free to attend an enjoy popcorn, cotton candy, snow-cones, lots of games, and don’t forget the candy. There will be a hotdog concession stand if the families would like to purchase a small meal that will go towards missions.

First Baptist Church Posey Crossroads will celebrate their Fall Festival Sunday, Oct. 27, from 4-7 p.m. Hot Dogs and Chili at 6 p.m. There will be cake walks, hay rides, bouncy house, candy and face painting.

Join us on October 27th for our annual Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat!! We will have lots of candy, games, and fun. Dinner will be available for $1/person- which will include a corndog, chips, and a drink. Wear your costumes and bring your friends! See y’all soon.

New Home Baptist Church will host its 2019 Fall Festival Sunday, Oct. 27 from 3-5 p.m. There will be hay rides, games, free candy, hot dogs, inflatables and much more. Free admission. It will be at the New Home Baptist Church Sewell Property at the corner of Sewell and Spigener Roads.

Fall Festival at O’Charley’s to benefit New Hope Academy! New Hope Academy is a private school for children who learn differently, including those with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, etc… We do not receive federal or state funding and rely on tuition, grants, and donations. Please join us at O’Charley’s on October 29th for this wonderful Fall Festival fundraiser! 10% of proceeds will be donated to the school! Costumes welcome!

Vida Christmas Parade

We will start lining up the floats, vehicles and horses at 1:30 so please arrive between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.   Parade will start at 2:00pm sharp.   There is no entrance fee to be in the parade.  Following the parade there will be a reception for all parade participants. All donations accepted.
