My name is Vanessa Alvarado and I’m the owner of Los Maya’s Mexican Restaurant in Wetumpka. My brother, Brian Alvarado, joined the greatest fighting force, the United States Marine Corps in January and left for Boot Camp then as well.
He was on Parris Island SC being trained by the best to become the best and graduated April 29th.
He is currently in MCT School of Infantry at Camp Geiger NC and is set to graduate Wednesday, June 8th. Although he did not graduate in AL he is well known in Wetumpka for his great personality and work ethic.
We are very proud of him and his willingness to serve our great country.
