FROM PRATTVILLE AUTAUGA HUMANE SHELTER
Snoody is a one-year-old male Chihuahua who must be neutered before he is adopted. He came to PAHS because the owner became ill and could no longer take care of him.
Snoody has a brown coat and adorable ears. He weighs 12 pounds so he is a small dog. Snoody is very active and wide open! We had a hard time getting the little rascal to stand still for pictures. As you can see in his pictures he can pose like a show pony but he can also run like one!
Snoody’s little face is so expressive and his ears just frame those expressions of his! He would be fine in a home with other small dogs but we would not recommend he be in a home with children of any age. Snoody can be a little stand offish with younger folks. He is a great little guy who is leash trained and house trained. Snoody is going to fill his new home with fun and entertainment because he knows how to put on a show! If you looked up “class clown” in the dictionary you might see a picture of Snoody. He is just a great but active little fellow who needs a patient new owner! Come meet the Mr. Personality at PAHS!
Our adoption fee is $120 for dogs and $50 for cats. This fee covers a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm. We do close one day each month for staff training — that will be on October 28th this month. Adoptions are currently by appointment only.
