The United States Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force has officially notified CrimeStoppers that wanted Fugitive Wiljam McBryde has been taken into custody. McBryde is no longer wanted by law Enforcement.

The Montgomery Police Department requested the assistance of the U. S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force (GCRFTF) in locating and apprehending Wiljam McBryde (02-04-1996).  McBryde was wanted by the Montgomery Police Department on the charge of Discharging a Firearm Into an Occupied Dwelling.  McBryde was considered Armed and Dangerous!

On Friday, May 28, 2021 Investigators received an anonymous tip through CrimeStoppers that McBryde was at a fast-food restaurant located in the 1100 block of Ann Street in Montgomery, Alabama.  At approximately 12:40 pm McBryde was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery Police Department and turned over to an Investigator.

A reward is being offered through CrimeStoppers for the information that led to Wiljam McBryde’s arrest.
