Pet of the Week – Heidi
Heidi is a 7-month-old female German Shepherd/Husky mix who has already been spayed. She came in as a stray and no one claimed her. Heidi has the classic black and tan coat of a German Shepherd; and she also has the head and eyes of a Husky. She is stunningly beautiful with her sky-blue eyes; and she only weighs 24 pounds! Heidi is a happy go lucky girl who would be just fine with children and other dogs. Heidi was very shy, timid, and frankly afraid of everything when she first came to PAHS. Through the staff’s loving care, she has blossomed. Her adopter will need to take things slow with beautiful girl to help her continue to gain confidence and transition to her new home. This gorgeous girl is ready to have a new start on life with a loving family! Come meet her soon!
Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under ‘special needs’ our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
