We are excited to introduce Andrew Rafie as the newest addition to the Elmore County Family Resource Center team!
Andrew is a dedicated case manager with a strong commitment to serving the community and supporting individuals and families in need. He has been serving in the Alabama National Guard since 2014 as a Human Resource Specialist, where he developed valuable skills in communication, organization, and teamwork.
Andrew graduated from Prattville Christian Academy in 2020 and is currently pursuing a degree in Business with a minor in Human Resources at Auburn University at Montgomery. His academic foundations, military experience, and passion for helping others give him a unique perspective that will make a positive impact on the families we serve.
When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, cooking, and working out. We’re thrilled to have him on board and know he will be an incredible asset to our community through the F.A.C.T program.
