During the January 8th Commission Meeting, the Elmore County Commission approved a resolution honoring the accomplishments of Jamie Winborn, graduate of WHS who continued his football career at Vanderbilt University and played for ten years in the NFL. For his outstanding accomplishments at Vanderbilt, he was named as a member of the 2023 Southeastern Conference Legends Class on December 1, 2023.
