First Community Bank of Central Alabama is pleased to announce the promotion of Rana Futral to President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective Jan. 1, making her the first female to lead the company since its inception in 2001.
WETUMPKA, Ala. (Dec. 4, 2023) – Futral, an Elmore County native, joined First Community Bank in 2003 and brings 33 years of banking experience to the team. In her most recent role as President & Chief Financial Officer, she has proven herself to be an invaluable part of the FCB leadership team and a vital component in the bank’s continued success.
