SUN – Dec 3 – 10:45 – A special Christmas music service will be held at the Eclectic Church of God, 1639 Kowaliga Road, Eclectic. Special guest will be soloist Jamie Coulter. Call Pastor Calvin Thornton at 334-590-6813 for more information.
Fri – Dec 8 – 7 PM – Revival services at Hunting Ridge Church of God, 305 Selma Highway. Church of God Evangelist Adam Fulghum will be the guest preacher. Saturday night service will begin at 7 and the Sunday service will begin at 10:30 a.m..
SAT- Dec 9 –– 2 PM – The Annual Millbrook Christas Parade will be held down Main Street in Millbrook. Lots of candy and stuffed animals will be thrown from many floats. Beginning at 9 a.m. is the festival with vendors, food trucks and plenty of activities.
SUN – Dec 10 – 6 PM – The Briddicks will be at Faith Baptist Church, Wetumpka. They will be performing “A Son is Given”. This is a reader/theater performed by these 3 sisters and two brothers that have an outstanding musical and acting talents. No admission charged.
SAT- Jan 24 – 6 PM – The Gadsden Winter Sing will be held at The Church at Wills Creek, Gadsden. This year’s featured groups are The Kingsmen and The New Inspirations. Johathan Willburn will also be on the program. Call 704-251-4554 to order tickets or for more information.
SUN – Jan 28 – 6 PM – The General Overseer of the Church of God, Bishop Tim Hill will be preaching at Hunting Ridge Church of God, 305 Selma Highway, Prattville. Bishop Hill is also a prolific songwriter and Southern Gospel Music singer.
FRI – Feb 16 – 6 PM – The Jeff Lanier Memorial Singing this year will feature the reunion of Perfect Heart at Central Baptist Church, Highway 9 North, Wetumpka. Former members Dale Shipley, Mike Presnell, Johnathan Presnell, Robbie Novel, Garry Sheppard, Anthony Rhodes and Aubrey Stephens will be singing and Andrew Ishee will be playing the piano. Also Holy Destiny will be on the program.
SAT – Feb 17 – 6 PM – The Perfect Heart Reunion Concert will be at First Baptist Church, Wedowee.
