One man was shot in the parking lot of Prattville Walmart around 7:41 p.m., according to Prattville Police Chief Mark Thompson.
“We do have a female detained at this time we are questioning, but we are just beginning the investigation,” Chief Thompson said.
It appears to be some type of domestic incident, and there is no further danger to the public, he added.
The man’s wound does not appear to be life-threatening, per Chief Thompson.
