FROM THE BART MERCER CAMPAIGN

Fellow Elmore County Citizens,

Today, I am announcing my candidacy for re-election to Elmore County Commission District 4 and humbly ask for your support.

I am currently serving in my second term, and over the last 7 years as your County Commissioner, I have used my background in managing several family businesses to make fair and financially sound decisions on behalf of you. During this time, District 4 has benefited from multiple road, bridge, and intersection improvement projects, and we have many more improvements to make.

I have primarily focused my time as a commissioner on those things that will ensure our county will be safe for citizens and have a long-term solid local economy. I have worked to improve the quality of life for our citizens with sporting and recreational venue projects across the county.

Additionally, I have worked with my fellow Commissioners, prioritizing county support for law enforcement and our fire departments, which are two of the foundations of a stable community.

I am proud to be a member of a family that has called Elmore County home since the late 1800s, and I am passionate and dedicated to doing my part to ensure our county continues to be a place where people want to live and raise their families.

I, my wife Lori, and our two children, Katelyn and Owen, appreciate the support we have received. I would be honored to continue to serve as your commissioner and ask for your vote on March 5, 2024.

Thanks,

Bart Mercer
