FROM THE BYRON MULDER CAMPAIGN

Byron Mulder of Holtville has officially announced his intentions to seek the Republican nomination for District 1 position on the Elmore County Commission in the March 5, 2024 election.

Byron prides himself on not being a politician, yet just a dedicated resident that wants to give back to his community. He’s a conservative Republican that is not afraid to get his hands dirty and go against the grain for the good of the people and community.

He joined the military right out of high school and served this great nation as an active-duty combat veteran for 22 years. During this time, he learned what hard work, dedication and loyalty meant and how it can overcome any obstacle. In the military, he served as a logistics officer. This position helped him learn critical skills such as budgets, contracts and how to deal with a variety of people and companies with success.

After retirement, Byron moved his family back to Elmore County to continue to serve in a different capacity. His family proudly serves and attends Shoal Creek Baptist Church and is actively involved in the school systems, along with youth sports on a variety of levels.

Byron’s platform is led by three key principles: God, Family, and Community.

“The residents deserve a representative that will serve with integrity, loyalty and candor. One that isn’t afraid to take the hard right over the easy left. I am passionate and excited to see how we can continue to improve and progress District 1 in the future. If elected, I will serve the residents of District 1 with compassion, dedication and transparency. I would be honored and appreciative of your vote on March 5th.”
