FROM THE ELMORE COUNTY COMMISSION
Elmore County Commissioner Desirae Lewis Jackson was recently reappointed to the Association of County Commissions of Alabama (ACCA) Minority Issues Steering Committee. The focus of this steering committee will be to review and discuss the current legislative program and consider any necessary adjustments in the platform for the 2024 Legislative Session.
“I am excited for the opportunity to continue to serve on this steering committee and for the support of my fellow commissioners” stated Commissioner Lewis Jackson.
Commissioner Desirae Lewis Jackson is currently serving her first term as an Elmore County Commissioner.
