The Wetumpka Police Department is seeking information regarding an ongoing fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property 1st degree investigation and is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects.

Wetumpka Police Investigators released a photo of two unknown subjects wanted for the offense that occurred, on August 14, 2023, at a local business located in the 600 block of Coosa River Parkway in Wetumpka, Alabama. Investigators say the suspects, identified as two black males, entered the business at this location, made a fraudulent purchase using a credit card, and stole over $2,500.00 in property. The suspects left the business in an unknown direction of travel in a 2016 Nissan Maxima, white in color with a Texas Tag of NDG8535. There are no other details available for release at this time.
