Prattville Fire Department
We were honored to host the FIRST EVER Watercraft Operators class through the Alabama Fire College this week. This class brought firefighters from across the state to our city where they learned to operate watercraft in flash flood and swift water environments. Students were also taught how to safely and effectively rescue victims from these environments. We enjoyed learning from each other and strengthening the network between all of our departments. A special “thank you” to Assistant Chief Roberts for being a major contributor to the development of this class.
