The Montgomery Police Department is investigating a vehicle burglary and discharging a firearm investigation and seeks the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
Montgomery Police Investigators released a photo of an unknown subject wanted for vehicle burglary, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and an unoccupied vehicle. The offense occurred, Tuesday, February 14, 2023, in the 1000 block of Day Street, Montgomery, Alabama. There is no additional information available for release at this time.
The suspect is wanted for unlawful breaking and entering into a vehicle, a Class C felony, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling, a Class B felony, and discharging a firearm into an unoccupied vehicle a Class B felony.
