Groundbreaking set for Industrial Spec Development at Interstate Business Park

FROM BROOKE WATTS

PRATTVILLE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Autauga County Industrial Development Board, the Autauga County Commission and the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce invite you to attend a groundbreaking ceremony for the industrial spec development at the Interstate Business Park.

The groundbreaking will take place on March 31 at 180 Jesse Samuel Hunt Blvd, Prattville, AL 36066.

This Class ‘A’ Industrial Spec Building is designed to meet the demands that we are seeing in the market today, and we’re hopeful that we will have a new tenant at the Interstate Business Park upon completion of this project. Building III will be a 50,000 sq ft building, expandable to 100,000 sq feet, featuring a 32-foot ceiling, 6-inch slab, complete with a 2,000 sq. ft. office area and warehouse restrooms. It will be designed to suit light manufacturing/assembly operations or warehouse/distribution. The building will also include truck docks and modern column spacing and design features. Come join this celebration highlighting the economic growth and development of Autauga County.
