The Prattville Police Department notified Central Alabama CrimeStoppers and advised they have identified the suspect involved in a November 2022, felony retail theft investigation.
On December 6, 2023, Prattville Police Investigators released a photo of an unknown subject wanted for theft of property 3rd degree. The original offense occurred, Friday, November 8, 2022, at Home Depot, located at 2710 Legends Parkway, Prattville, Alabama. Investigators say the pictured suspect, described as a black male, entered the business, took merchandise, and left the business without paying.
The suspect was originally wanted for theft of property 3rd degree, which is a Class D felony.
Investigators say an anonymous tip provided through CrimeStoppers led to the identification of the pictured suspect. Charges are pending, and the case has been sent to Grand Jury.
