The Elmore County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) has coordinated with the City of Wetumpka to open the Wetumpka Civic Center in downtown Wetumpka as an temporary overnight shelter beginning at 7:00PM tonight for citizens affected by today’s storms. The Civic Center is located at 410 S. Main Street, Wetumpka, AL 36092. Domesticated pets are allowed as long as they are crated.
