From the Elmore County Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters Program
Elmore County Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters Program (HIPPY) has two slots available for a 2, 3 or 4 year old.
These slots are available to first come, first served.
This is a FREE program for 2, 3, 4 year-old children through the Elmore County Schools.
This covers Eclectic, Deatsville, Elmore, Holtville, Millbrook, Redland, Elmore County side of Tallassee and Wetumpka areas.
The Elmore County HIPPY program is accepting families with pre-school aged children.
HIPPY partners with parents to prepare their kids for kindergarten in the comforts of their home. HIPPY will provide parents with lessons and supplies.

To qualify, you must live in Elmore County and have a child between the ages of two through five.
