MONTGOMERY POST – A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1:35 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, has claimed the life of an Eclectic man. Justin C. Jones, 23, was fatally injured when the 1989 Chevrolet C1500 pickup he was driving left the roadway and overturned. Jones was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash, was ejected, and pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on Williams Road, approximately two miles north of Wetumpka, in Elmore County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
