Thursday night was another night of celebration for the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce and for Prattville’s prominent business men and women as the chamber held its Top 20 Under 40 Awards at the Robert Trent Jones Clubhouse.
According to the chamber, the awards are an initiative of the Prattville Chamber’s Small Business Committee to recognize, honor, attract, retain and engage the young professionals in Prattville and Autauga County.
The Small Business Committee received 28 nominations representing “CEOs, entrepreneurs, small business owners and more.”
Additionally, every nominee was asked to complete a questionnaire to accompany their nomination and after a competitive process of vetting, a separate committee selected the winners.
The following individuals were honored for their leadership and professionalism in the community:

• Morgan Duett – City of Prattville
• Andrew Durbin – Durbin Auto Parts
• Austin Golson – Palomar Insurance Corporation
• Peyton Hill – First Baptist Church of Prattville
• Allison King – Alabama Education Association
• Erica Kirkley – Prattville Baptist Hospital
• Linda Lee – Chick-fil-A Prattville
• Emily Lobenstein – Autauga County Schools
• Chris McCain – Prattville First United Methodist Church
• Brandon Miller – Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs
• Sarah Mills – Alabama Department of Commerce
• Kimberly Mitchell – Adams Drugs
• Brittany Parrott – Centerpoint Fellowship Church
• Josh Pendergrass – The Pendergrass Firm
• Christian Poyner – Great Leaps Learning Center
• Anne Sanford – Auburn University Montgomery
• Cass Sheridan – River Bank & Trust
• Thomas Brent Sowell – Marbury High School
• Savannah Taunton – City of Prattville
In giving honor and recognition to the winners, Prattville Chamber Small Business Committee Chair Catherine Porter said, “These individuals are creative, energetic, hardworking and strive for excellence. We are fortunate these individuals dedicate their talent and leadership in our community.”
