In 2010, Nollie “Bo” Hudgens, 41, was the victim of a deadly shooting that occurred in broad daylight. On Thursday, March 08, 2010, at about 1:32 p.m., Montgomery Police responded to 3380-E McGehee Road in reference to a subject shot. Upon arrival, units located Hudgens, who sustained a life-threatening gunshot wound. Hudgens was overcome by his injuries and later pronounced deceased.
The investigation is now in the hands of the Montgomery District Attorney’s Cold Case Task Force. Investigators are requesting information from anyone that may have information to help solve this case.
